This huge, 15" wide bowl, has been hand-turned from Broad-leaf Maple wood rescued in the Pacific Northwest, then embellished with folded paper fans, sourced from an abandoned book, which are then colored in a unique design with acrylic ink.  This piece is named "Fandango" and forms part of the PAPER DREAMS SERIES.  This large, one of a kind bowl would be a great center-piece on your dinner table or a decorative statement piece guaranteed to generate conversation.

Phytoncides are BVOC’s (biogenic volatile organic compounds) and are currently the subject of intense Phyto-Medicine research by many institutes including the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  They are the focus of very active and ongoing early-phase medical research into oncology and chemoprevention.
