Marbeled wide rimmed Birch bowl and lid

This unusual piece consists of a wide rimmed bowl, hand turned from Birch wood and then marbeled with acrylic ink. It was finished with a lid topped with a large Turquoise finial. The wood was rescued in the Pacific Northwest, making it an eco-friendly choice. Although this piece appears to be an elaborately decorated decor piece, the lidded design allows for the vessel to be functional. 8" wide and 6" high with the finial.
