Maple wood bowl with Ancient Dance design

This comfortably shaped 7 X 5" Bowl has been hand turned from wet Maple wood and then slowly dried. The wood has pretty figure (design). Once dry a tribal design that I have titled "Ancient Dance" was hand drawn onto the bowl using archival India ink. This design derived from the amazing rock paintings to be found in New Mexico. This bowl has been treated to make it functional as well as beautiful.
